24" x 24" Textured Mixed Media Collage on Canvas
This piece looks great hung individually or paired with a companion floral landscape in the series. Loaded with thick, textured paint over multiple layers of color, these sunflowers are bursting to life with dimension and energy. Whimsical blooms seem to dance in nature's kaleidoscope of summer hues bringing joy and sunshine to everyone they greet.

“Symphony in Springtime VI" ©2023 Niki Gulley
SOLD • 36" x 36" textured oil painting on wrap around canvas
Just Sold through The Statton Gallery! I absolutely love it when I come across a whole field of wildflowers – there is something about the transformation of a single dainty flower into a dense explosion of color that inspires awe and delights your senses. I liked how these rows of poppies and rolling grasses created a gentle harmony, inviting you to wander into the distance, getting lost in the moment. Full of color and hope, may my "Symphony in Springtime" transport you to a happy serene place.

As my garden kept evolving this spring, I was treated every day to a new blossoming surprise! Today I was greeted by the most gorgeous roses I've seen since I planted them 7 years ago. So, of course I had to go out and capture those beauties before they disappeared.
Wanting to create pieces that are full of joy, energy, texture and light, I painted the blooms large to add to that feeling of hope and exuberance. Choosing to leave the background airy and working with thick layers of white on white paint, multi-colored roses dance along the canvas with spontaneity and freedom. I hope these paintings bring the beauty of nature inside and fill your spirit with light and cheer.
